Bergerac is the base, but the coverage runs wider — out toward Sarlat, Eymet, Lalinde, Issigeac, Périgueux and the villages between them. Each town pulls a different kind of guest and needs a different read on pricing. Pick your area below, or ask directly if you don't see it.
Different towns, one person who knows the difference
A rental near the Bergerac airport doesn't behave like one in the Périgord Noir tourism economy, and a bastide with a British expat community doesn't need the same listing copy as a market-day village that empties by lunchtime. Coverage isn't a radius on a map — it's knowing what each town actually offers a guest.
Bergerac
The base of operations, and the most detailed page on this site — the old town, the vineyards, the airport, and the villages around it: La Force, Creysse, Lamonzie-Saint-Martin, Saint-Nexans, Monbazillac, Prigonrieux.
Lalinde
On the Dordogne toward the Périgord Noir, close enough to Bergerac to fall inside the half-hour radius most of my properties sit in. A dedicated page is on the way — get in touch for a straight read on pricing in the meantime.
Sarlat-la-Canéda

Eymet
A bastide with a long-established British community, which shows up in who books and in what language they message.
Issigeac
A circular medieval village that fills on market day and empties after — a different rhythm to price around.
Périgueux
The prefecture — Roman and medieval, with its own year-round rhythm rather than a purely seasonal one. A dedicated page is coming; ask directly for an honest read on your property in the meantime.
